The program featured highlights from past Salkind Festivals with performances by sfmf founders, The Angelo Piano Duo, Salkind Festival artists, The ZOFO Duet, sfmf Alumni, The Kepska Duo and selected sfmf young artists.

Theme: A Parisian Fete - Featuring piano duo music from Paris 1870-1925 and a celebration of Claude Debussy's 150th anniversary.

Presented in collaboration with The Mark Foehringer Dance Project

Inspired by the Parisian tradition of composers and choreographers collaborating on performance projects, this concert will feature performances of works by Debussy and Darius Milhaud with choreography by Mark Foehringer.

Salkind Society - founded in 2012 by Sfmf to premiere 3 new works for the 2012 Salkind Festival.
The Salkind Society will introduce the three commissioned works to be premiered at the 2012 Closing Concert of the Festival:
2 concert arrangements of jazz composer, George Cables - Variations on “Lullaby” by George Cables for piano 4-hands by Rodolfo Alessandrini (Firenze Duo) My Muse for 2 pianos by Bruce Munson - Angelo Duo; 
Marcel Bergmann - Fantasy on Themes from Rossini’s “La Cenerentola” - Bergmann Duo
